Hes got 5000 to spend but prefer's the car to be around 4000-4500ish
Needs to be below 1.9
and any petrol or deisel

Make sure he gets at least a 1 month warranty from the garage that he buys it from (assuming that he will buy it from a garage). It must be horrible when people save up for a car and then the car goes wrong, especially when they have no other money to fix it.

He won't get the new shape for that price... The new shape has only just come out :S Or do you mean, the general shape of the current one between 2006-2009 (the new one technically the same shape, just different lights, grill etc)?

i've currently got the mk4 lol, i believe he meant the mk5 ie 06-09, but I want another mk4, but with a different engine.
