that was before chat logs existed, now it automatically does it and mods can view them

Yes it was. Now, when you 'Call for Help', a chat log is automatically viewable on the situation from the Mods, and they can choose to keep monitoring the chat so they can see if anything after the C4H was being send happened that needed moderation.
