It's pretty good - well done he's a bit too tanned imo and his jacket is too busy - it completely takes the main focus away from his face and to his jacket, which imo it shouldn't the focus should be his face. Perhaps tone down the whites on his jacket to a grey

Back on topic, its a nice alteration but as said before - bit more detail into his hair and also changing the white pixels on his jacket to a dark grey so they blend into the jacket but are still visible.
