It looks like hes smiling. From what I know and that pic he seems grump
The left shoulder seems a bit dodgy (might just be the head covering). To make it better extend the trousers over the shoes a little, hes got swingers lol.

I think you need more contrast on the facial features. It's hard to distinguish between skin colour and the pale shades you've used.
