On topic though, I do agree with Obulus (Name escapes me, Callum is it not )

Jake will do a good job as RV manager, and whatever falling outs Jake has with upper management getting rid of him was about as stupid idea as when they got rid of Dan - HHGS Values became a success because of Dan, just like I am sure DH will with Jake.
