The whole series was bloody amazing, better than any Doctor Who series, in my opinion.

i find torchwood to be more entertaining than doctor who, considering it's more 'mature' and dark and the like, whereas doctor who is more of a family program. This series has been brilliant, however I feel that it dipped out at the end a bit. Seems like the way to beat the 456 was far too easy?
And god what is with killing off tons of people? I almost cried when
. I was also expecting the boy too survive, being a descendant of Jack, but nope
I'm not sure I'll watch Torchwood without Jack in tbh. I honestly thought they were gearing up for Torchwood series 4 with Gwen, Jack, Ianto, Louise and a new person introduced in series 4.

ahhh i dunno, tbh i would prefered a series instead of this week thing cause i find it all a little forced.
i used to love torchwood but i find john barrowman's acting very very very false, but that's probably because i study acting.

was alright like, definitely definitely prefered series 2.
and i definitely thought mickey would be in this series? beings as he walked off with jack in the last doctor who ep?

    ah who knows.

Im sorry but in dr who its obviously easier for russel t davies to write finallies because each episode of dr who is basically a new series. But with torchwood here he's wrote the story from the start to the end, most people write it end to beginning theirfore thats why we got a mega **** ending.

I think what's good about this series is the actual character of Government, and how they responded to the 456. The guy who played John Frobisher, who somehow came a brilliant 'lead' character', was one of the best acting performances I've ever seen.

This isn't Doctor Who, or Torchwood, it's just downright brilliant.

    Ending was cheap though.

Yes the characters what russel had written are far the best from any of his others he has done from doctor who and sarah jane adventures, John i loved his character it was sad when bridget spears was talking to louis about him in the cell, and it made me cry when you here 4 shots,

The only thing i realy dislike about this series was the way jack killed the 456! i mean where he used his grandson just to transmit some noises seems boring and cheapless would of been better if he had put more thought in it, and i think what would be great scence would of been at the very end befor the credits would be jacks grandson come back to life!

Ive also just orderd Children of earth on blu-ray from HMV site much cheaper online, its

    Normal - In shop £25 - Online - £15
    Blu ray - In Shop £30 - Online - £18
