Yes it will.
Jin turned a cache system on but i also think he looking for something better to cache the site, we also use Joomla's cache which helps with the js, css and the content. Jin speeded it up alot last night by trimming the queries down it loads a lot better now. Good job we didnt implement all my fancy web 2.0 features otherwise we would of all been dead by the time it would of loaded.Out of interest does habbox use APC at all? As the server always seems to be crawling along when i access habbox. APC is basically just an open source php module that caches the op code so the server doesn't have to reinterpret the php source every page load - aka dramatic speed up if your processor is busy.
other than that, from what i can tell, nice. But danm its slow.
Yep always been orange, blue and yellow but with joomla we went a lil off track especially with v3 eww lol. I dont love every aspect of the new design but limeys picked at it and decided what they want and betas did too and now the users will and eventually we will be okayNoone ever likes change on hx lol, every layout that comes out the majority dislike it. We would still be stuck on v1/v2 lol (tho i did enjoy v1/v2 but that was back then lol).

Habbox's original colours = blue and orange.
The first skin was mainly orange with some blue and now its mostly blue with a little orange. Good![]()
Moveing the js imports to just above the closeing body will likely save you a good few seconds in terms of page render rather than keeping em at the to. The big problem though is just everythings queing, the server just cant deal with all the requests being thrown at it "/
A full static html soultion would definalty help if jin manages to get that working with joomla "/
I haven't actually been able to see it yet, the site never loads.
I love it when youflex like that
It works fine now!?!
Ye problem is the way joomla spits out stuff its highly annoying, looking into it though.Moveing the js imports to just above the closeing body will likely save you a good few seconds in terms of page render rather than keeping em at the to. I shouldn't suggest this for an Official Fansite but oh well.
Perhaps for news videos you could use shortkeys joey?
You could use 15 different keys (free version only allows fifteen) and gover most of an article in that space.
I also think it would be better if the news was posted in nice rooms - not blank ones?![]()
