    8 miles is long distance.

Better off doing 2 miles and a workout if you want to get some shapeyness.

It most likely wouldn't kill you at all unless you had say a heart problem. But you can't just dive in and say im going to run eight miles you need to start off low and build up each week and do more and more otherwise you will cause an injury to yourself.

I'm going to be cycling about 6 miles a day everyday this summer.

    I'm already fit, it's transport since I don't have a car yet.

Most of the journey is uphill, downhill on the way back though. I'll tell you how it goes on the 23rd of august.

It isn't good, start slowly and build up, you'll get too much blood pumping and your muscles working harder than they're used to, which'll cause cramps etc. Build up.

First day 1 mile, third say 2 miles, fifth day 5 miles etc.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

It is also a good idea to have a good intake of same after you have trained, this helps your body more to restore etc..

If you go from doing absolutley nothing to running 8 miles a day you will most likely pass out. I would start at 1 mile a day. Than go up a mile a week. Than you will get stronger, and your body will be able to handle running a lot.
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.
