    Default Boxing diet

Hey I'm going for 2012 as a boxer and I just want to know what your best idea of a diet is, i'm fairly fit now, i go for jogs on the beach every week and the rest of the week im on the treadmil or weightlifting, just need a diet. Ive got no allergies and im not fussed on eating anything.

Yah, you'd be in training already, and probably would have been since like 2008. Also i'm sure you'd have a nutritionist as well?

Dude.. if you were THAT good you'd have some sort of trainer already? If you were going for 2012, you'd be known.. this would bring you attention and get you a trainer.

You'd have someone saying to you, on the shady maybe, to not eat this, eat that it's good etc etc. They wouldn't have to be registered or w/e if they're just saying don't eat mcdonalds and you need 200g of protein per day.
