Thanks for the update, can I ask - did he seem desperate to get rid of/was he rich enough to afford a loss like that because often some people sell quite low to get a few Club Sofas quickly but on the other hand it could be dropping yet again, nevertheless its appreciated.

Well he didnt seem like the rich type from the stuff he had in the room with the eid.. i think he just wanted too sell for the hcs really. and no problem happy too help
