It's obvious you have no social life and do not go out clubbing, because crap like this happens hundreds of times EVERY night, and nothing happens to them, they NEVER get sent down, it's just because he's famous and they're using him for publicity to show what will happen if any younger people do this sort of stuff (which always results in nothing happening, just a fine or community service), so shuv your morales where the sun don't shine.
