Thats what i want though? I just want them in a idfferent forum under the main habbox announcements so you can search them easier plus lets you see more major updates quicker

Personally, I think there is no need. If I had a name change, I wouldn't want it announced. For people that do want to tell everyone, it would be easier for them to just put their old name in their signature in bold or something.
There can't be that many name changes now VIP has stopped can there? Does anyone know roughly how many name changes each week (non-staff)?

I don't see how it makes the search easier, you don't even have to put a name in a forum specific search and you can find everything said about them within seconds.

Directly search in that forum only for user 'today' so only name changes thread comes up. Where as with the current setup, if i searched for 'today i would get threads such as.. Originally Posted by nvrspk4

But the name changes forum only will only show threads relating to that user name changes..
