Ye, I used to be like this, now I know things arent always going to go my way so I just think 'meh' and get on with it.

Yeah i get really angrey in sport and I think it's because it means so much to me so maybe winning online games or Xbox Live things means alot to you? i think it's just human nature to be dissapointed when something that means something to you doesn;t happen how you would want it.

I get very angry when I'm on Habbo and somebody is blocking the door. I used to punch the screen but now I just curse and if it's a giveaway I sometimes throw my laptop and scream.
I'm at a point in my life where I don't care if you like me or you don't. If you like me, cool. If you don't, meh.

Don't worry, you can't block the door anymore.

No offence or anything but you should just get out more. Just go out everyday for a week with your friends and see how much better you feel. Your self confidence will rise, your personality will become much more fun and you will just feel more relaxed on a whole.

Get a punch bag and hit it for 10 or 15 minutes every day as hard as you can It'll help you get fit and relieve stress/anger.

Usually I just take my anger out on the game or just stop playing the game for a while to get what happened through my head and come up with a new plan that wont get me worked up after I go back on it.

It's perfectly normal. I experience the same thing when something doesn't go to plan or how i think it should go, you could say.

I experience the same thing when playing games, when i loose i get really angry, sometimes i even bang objects which are in my reach.

You'll grow out of it. No need to seek medical help!

I have exactly the same thing.

But most of the things people have posted wouldnt help me, coz i only rage sometimes, and hitting a punchbag for 15 minuites a day is totally pointless IMO.
