Tamiflu Kills

My Dads, friends friend is 30 years old and had Swine Flu. She took the Tamiflu like the doctors said and she had a heart attack and died. (Cause she had a allergic reaction to it)

I think its stupid now and you shouldn't take the tamiflu medication and just fight it off as you would with the normal flu unless you have serious underlying health issues.

But she died due to the allergic reaction causing the heart attack, not the actual stuff.

I agree though, I don't really believe too much in taking weird stuff like that. Just stay healthy and avoid getting it in the first place tbh.

If she hadn't of taken it, she would be alive and probably fought it off herself.

Do penicillin allergic reactions cause you to die everytime? They should test it properly so they can ask the people they are giving it to if they have any allergic reactions to the following....

you seem pretty naive to me tbh, how do you know she was strong enough to fight the virus? Its not the drugs fault, theyre not to blame for her having an allergic reaction. and im sure depending on the severity of it, penicillin could be deadly too, any drug is for that matter.

Fair enough but doctors can't go handing anything out to anyone before checking. The doctor didn't ask for any health conditions or allergic reactions because they are throwing them at anyone who has the symptoms.

Do you realise how much time that would take? And with everyone being paranoid about swine flu and grabbing any tamiflu they can get it's just not worth it. People take it at their own risk, if something happens to them it's their own fault.

So you think it's stupid that she had an allergic reaction to a drug which was prescribed to save her life.

It's no ones fault that she died because you can't find out your allergic to Tamiflu until you take it so..
