Watched both matches, and he was amazing in both. He has great awareness for a 17 year old and we need a good left sided player too. Both his goals were great too. A lot of pressure for him too seeing as the England Manager was there just to see him.

    Arsenal 3 - Rangers 0

    Arsenal 2 - Atletico Madrid - 1

    Arsenal 1 - Hannover - 0

    Arsenal 5 - Szombathely - 0

    Arsenal 7 - SC Columbia - 1

    Arsenal 2 - Barnet - 2

Won every match except 1 which we drew. I know there not the best of teams, but nevertheless it shows that we have a good team that can play together and I've watched 2/3 of the matches and we've played very well.

I know we won't win with the current team, but if we buy a couple players then who knows.

    JACK WILSHERE
    LUKE WILKSHIRE

Two different players. Two different clubs.

Probably the best true home-grown talent Arsenal have had for years and you don't know his name :S

Luke Wilshire plays for Dinamo Moscow who are playing Celtic in the Champions League. Used to play for Bristol City.

    Paul Parry has joined Preston

Oh, and congrats on beating all them crap teams. You have a better pre-season record than Man Utd, Liverpool and a lot of other teams. Why are they even playing the Premier League next season when quite clearly Arsenal are going to win it?

Did I say that? No. I said that I think with the team we have we can make the top 4, nothing about winning it. To win it then we do need to buy players. And seeing as last season, we had a very good if not the best record against playing Liverpool, Chelsea and Man U, it was lower teams that beat us and took points away and Rangers and AM are the same quality as teams such as Fulham, Portsmouth e/c/t, actually I'd say AM are the same quality as Everton and Aston Villa. I know pre-season doesn't mean too much, but at least it shows that we have a good healthy squad with good team work.

1135 BST: Manchester United have inquired but are yet to make a bid for Valencia midfielder David Silva. Full story: Guillem Balague

1112 BST: Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says he will not improve his original offer of £6m for Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh. (L'Equipe)

0944 BST: French striker David Trezeguet is staying at Juventus after deciding a prospective move to Serie A rivals AC Milan would be tantamount to a "betrayal" of the Turin club.

I doubt Arsenal will even get a mile close to winning the prem this season.
They might even sell Philip Senderos and that would be even a bigger joke and a MASSIVE blow to to team.

If Arsenal want people to take them seriously well i suggest that they get a decent manager who can buy players who will bring the Club forward. Not saying Arsene is a crap manager as he bought fantastic players of the years, Henry, Fabri, Van Persie, Nasri, Ady but over the past few seasons or so, Arsene seems to have lost the plot.

Wouldn't be surprise if Arsenal just won the Emirates cup tbh.

Personally if I'm honest I don't think we will win either unless we get players and we have the money, but Wenger knows what he's doing and I still think that despite the last few seasons. Jack Wilshire might play a large part this season, not sure. Arsene is still one of the best managers in the world, so I don't think we need a knew manager. Phillip Senderos was never going to play a part in Arsenal which was decided last season so that's not a suprise to me or any other Arsenal fan really and isn't really a big blow. He dipped a lot and I think he does have talent but we have: Vermalaen (sp.), Gallas, Silvestre, Song, Djourou and we might even buy another CB so we don't need him that badly. I think we will come 3rd with the current team and with some improvements 2nd. Next season when some of the younger talents have got experience, then who knows maybe we can break through and win. Only time will tell I guess but I'm sure we can win another cup in the coming season, just a matter of if it's the Carling cup or the Champions League but like I said, that depends on who and if we buy.
