Nothing the majority of the time, there's rarely any advantage to them, it's a pretty evil thing to do and as you can see, there's not much which can be done to stop them.

I guess they get a feel of power. For example when people create Habbo Retro Servers, they probably feel powerful because they can do what they want. Obviously, different circumstances to a retro, but they probably feel good knowing they have disrupted peoples days somehow.
