Surely the opposite is the same here too? 3.0 has been around for longer, thus people have had a longer time to find holes - 3.5 hasn't been around for too long, so less security flaws have been found out? Both sides sort of have their issues, the only problem with new releases are reliability and any holes that have been re-opened that were fixed in previous releases.
My Firefox opens quite quickly? Might just be the power of my PC?
Never argue with an idiot, he'll drag you down to his level, and beat you with experience.

No, because more of the holes which were ever there have been patched.Surely the opposite is the same here too? 3.0 has been around for longer, thus people have had a longer time to find holes - 3.5 hasn't been around for too long, so less security flaws have been found out? If you need convincing then listen to the "Security Now" Podcast (Between episode 203 and 207)
Chippiewill.
Update to 3.5.2 and it fixed (booting) - plus audio/video tags mean browser can play video and audio without any plugins etc. So no fat slow flash to load, just video decoded directly via the browser
3.5 is based on 3.0, most the security holes in it where in 3.0 as well![]()
