i still dnt fink hffm should of won the radio tbh

hffm is one of worst radios in sense of advertising (i've never tuned into it as they're so desperate for listeners) as anytime i go in a trading room all i'll see is some 12 year old nub

"HFFM PLS TUNE IN 40 LISTENERS PHREE FORNIZ PLS TUNE IN"
    "HFFM"
    "HFFM PLS TUNE IN"
"HFFM PLS TUEN IN LOADS OF RAREZ 2 B GIVEN AWAI"
    "HFFM TUNE IN PLS"
"HFFM 5 MORE LISTENERS DERS 1T COMPETITION"

    etc.

only reason i don't say same about hxl is only time i see hxl being advertised is when theres a room raid or whatever and theres alot more people in the 1 room rather than 50 people spread out in 50 rooms spamming begging for listeners.

The fundamental aim of a Habbo radio is to get as many listeners as possible. You can't say HFFM is the only fansite that employs such tactics like constant advertising. I see HxL being flooded quite often too. Admittedly, I see HFFM more but I don't dislike the site for it when at the end of the day they're just trying to get listeners.

spamming repeadly like that doesn't give any website a good reputation as its simply pathetic asking your listeners to spam every room and showing your desperate for the listeners. The few times i've been on hxl i don't think i've ever heard a DJ ask the members to spam rooms, only thing near it is like "Competition at 200 listeners" not encouraging members to go to as many rooms possible flooding hxl 300 times then leaving. when i used to go to trading rooms i think i seen hxl being advertised twice and that was during one of their raid things, where as you can go in most rooms and see some idiot spamming for hffm, which woul dmake me and evidently alot of people not want to go on the website as their clearly desperate for their listeners, compared to hxl which doesn't spam every room possible for an extra few listeners.

I agree with Scott. To be honest, I hardly see HxL being advertised and if anything it is in the same room rather than, like he said, spread out into many different rooms and even still it is less advertised. Also, the quality of the Rado DJs I actually say are admittedly better as when I tune into HFFM (not often) the DJs are so immature and don't actually do what they need to, to attract listeners without highly advertising. They probably did a competition saying vote on HxL saying Vote HFFM for Best Radio to win up to 100 credits! I do find it pathetic we got beaten by that site. Nevertheless, at least we got an award in every category.

Don't forget that HxL has been running for years and through the help of great staff and management we no longer need to advertise as often as we used to due to regular listeners.

HFFM may need to rely on advertising regularly in order to build up it's popularity first. I myself am very pleased with the outcome of this show. 1st for 5 / 9 categories. 2nd for 3 others and 3rd for one.

It is valuable in showing where we need to improve.
