Anyone having internet troubles, don't create a new thread, read this.

Here's a handy guide to help you:

1) Unplug router/modem, wait a few seconds and plug both back in, modem first, then router (or just modem).

2) If you are still having problems ring your isp. Don't ask if others are having the same problem as it's highly unlikely they're going to be in your area.
