On this street, which isnt very long, there was:
An un-used petrol station
A derilict pub
A mutlistory carpark
& a flat ground carpark (the other side of the road)
The pub and petrol station have recently been knocked down & guess what they're turning it into... a car park

CAR PARK WARSSSS.
Really though thats silly, it wouldve been better having a pub for people to get drunk in and go driving, and then petrol cuz they might get more thirsty.

The only time i've struggled to find a space in Lincoln is when the christmas market is on, but they do park & ride things for that too so...

Suppose that they are trying to get people to park outside of towns to stop congestion in there so building more outside the town will probably to be to try and stop it
