That chart doesn't appear to include size zero at all, and without measurements its kinda meaningless.

Its a myth that size 0 and 4 are the same, its size 6 thats the equivalent o.o

Personally I think it completely depends on the person's body shape, some people are naturally a size zero but everything is within proportion to their height, weight etc. Therefore just because someone is a size zero, it doesn't necessarily mean that they are going to look anorexic and unhealthy, as they may just have a petite frame and are as healthy or even healthier than what is seen to be the "normal" size for people to be.
I feel that it is when a person whom may naturally have a bigger frame tries to loose weight to be size zero can start to look anorexic, unhealthy etc, as it is not their 'normal' body size.

I don't see how any of that proves a point though. If someone fits in to a size zero and a size 4 then obviously they are each others equivalent.
I'm pretty sure they haven't just been guessing, and those are what fit people.
From what you said it seems as if you're saying a size 8 is almost an American size zero. This can't possibly be true, since they've only recently started selling size zero in America, because it was such a small size.
I'm pretty sure this was sparked off by Kate Bosworth being so skinny when she was anorexic and they decided other girls are this way so they started stocking it, and over here too, in a size 4.
An average size zero waist is 22 inches, I don't understand why or how it says that on Abercrombie clothes, I looked it up and yes it definitely says all that, but I wouldn't decide that on one shop saying that, as they could be it's own measurements.
All I know is it's pretty common knowledge that UK size 4 is US size 0.
And that a size zero is absolutely not bigger than a UK size 6, size 6 has been on sale here for years, it was size 4 that was brought out the same time as size zero in America.

Grandad: I mean smoking mari-jew-arna! You brought a slur upon the family name.

Rodney: Oh leave off Grandad. I'd have to get done for chicken molesting to bring a slur on this family's name.

i think it depends on your height

like if your 5' or something and size 0 (size4) it could be the same as someone whos 6' being size 10

if you get what i meannn

If you can fit in a size 4 and a size 30 does that make them the same size ?

I'm pretty sure they haven't just been guessing, and those are what fit people.

Americans are generally bigger than uk folks.

Yet the measurements for size 4 are a good deal smaller than that of size zero?

Please post a product line that stocks a size zero clothing with measurements anything like size 4's?

Ive looked at a number of shops with size zero clothing. Everyone of them has sized there cloths as bigger than the average size 6 in the UK.
Measurements are derived from literally using a tape measure and working out how big something is. By having the same measurements that dictates it must be the same size. I've used 4 well know retailers measurements who are sellling clothing at these sizes branded as both size 6 and zero. If you know of a shop that has a bigger size 6 or a smaller size 0 please post them

As of now though, the evidence states size 0 and size 6 are the same size (size 6 is smaller)

Do sizes only go down to 4?
    Otherwise, what would a 2 be if a 6 is 0?

You only showed evidence from shops like Abercrombie and Hollister, those are quite different from other shops. Why not look at real designers?
Also that example from net-a-porter, whilst it only showed the equivalent of a size 6, which it said is a 4, it clearly shows all UK sizes are 4 sizes ahead of American sizes.

Yes American's are bigger, so they wear bigger clothes, that shouldn't mean their UK equivalents are any different.
I really don't think you've proved a point just because you showed the American measurements of Hollister and Abercrombie, two very similar shops which I've always found to be strange in sizes.

Again, post some measurements from another shop that stocks size zero. As far as i can tell, they seem to be the standard. You've shown me nothing to prove otherwize.

Size 6 cloths brought in the UK and generally smaller than size 0 brought in the US. The measurements prove this, unless you have an alternate source in terms of a shop that sells a size zero of smaller measurements you have no basis to question this.

Why should I not question what you've just said? When every single shop tells me that what fits a size 4 in the UK will fit a size 0 in the US. I think that's proof enough, to show me the measurements of two shops in the US isn't a lot of proof either.

I've provided evidence from a few big brand shops all of which have measurements that demonstrate that is incorrect and that size 6 and size zero are indeed the same.
You keep claiming shops say this 4 is the equivalent of zero, but have yet to quote a single measurement or name a shop that makes any such claim.

Please provide some evidence to back up your claim.
