    Default Starting College?

Yeah, so I get this letter today right. Travel arrangements make it £270 for a bus to the college for a year. Ok thats fine. Then theres the insurance fee for media which is £57? Thats cool. But now, in this letter I recieved this morning I have to pay to enroll into college? In my school noone said anything about to pay to enroll into college. In my interview for college, no one said anything about an enrollment fee. Do I really have to pay £65!? If I do, I don't think I'm gonna go and just get a job in a shop. Is this true? I have to pay £65 to go to college, when they said its free, and noone has told me about this apart from on this letter!

Yeah I had to pay £65 when I enrolled college - In my college you get it back when you have finished college, you have to get a form signed by your tutor, teachers and other people.

If it is on the letter from the college, it is obv. true.

It's a deposit so if you don't bring back library books or equipment they can use it to cover the costs. When you bring your stuff back at the end of college you get it back.

It's only £65, why would you change your career just because of that? You should pay it and go, instead of working in a shop.
Grandad: I mean smoking mari-jew-arna! You brought a slur upon the family name.

Rodney: Oh leave off Grandad. I'd have to get done for chicken molesting to bring a slur on this family's name.

Its normal for colleges to still charge something to kids, covers printer use, abuse, mostly get it back not always.

Not they are forcing you to pay for you're course which could be into the thousands =)
