They don't use novocaine anymore, they use lidocaine instead because its better and because alot of people had allergic reactions to novocaine

I had this pill in my bedroom for a while which had 1,3-dimethylamylamine (geranamine) in it mixed with tfmpp and pFPP and I was in my bedroom one night at around 8pm because my sister was having a sleepover downstairs, decided to take it and holy hell it blew me away, because I was in bed I was just lying there being freaked out by the closed-eye visuals, I was just dreaming as soon as I closed my eyes and then waking up thinking I'd been asleep for hours, it wasn't a really euphoric kind of feeling, more like a really trippy adrenalin rush for 8 hours straight
