If i owned Habbo then i would run Events and competitions Regulary.

Get rid of Collectables and bring back the WANTED Rares.

I Would log on a lot so people don't think, "Omg He Never logs In!"

I would try to accept as many Friend Requests as i can, and be fair! not only accept the "E-Famous People"

Also i would try to Fix the Bugs a bit quicker.

I'd contact the Manager or leader of whatever global hotels and tell them to contact Habbox (and other big fansites) to ask on the forums and websites what ideas they would want for Habbo to be improved. Then pick 15-20 maybe more and display it on the website and email all the Habbos to vote then gradually apply the changes if they are reasonable. Open a live support thing, bring back Hobbas or similiar.

I'd make sure there was also a lot of new furniture updates, constant events (maybe hiring 1 or 2 staff to control that) and a lot more.
