Surely it would cost the companies money rather than Habbo, that would be offering international advertising for their product?

Not if habbo want to use THEIR products for THIER use

If on the other hand Nike wanted there product advertised THEN habbo would make money

If I bought it cheap because it was going downhill I'd revamp it and give it a new idea rather then a hotel.
If I just got it for free because of some weird reason then I'd just make everyone else run it and I'd just go on for da e-fame and people sucking up to me. I'd make some of the decisions to make more users come on, the decisions would be mostly user based so people actually like them.

Why not? If scattering the User DB things across the english-speaking world doesn't work I'd just close Habbo down for a couple days backup the User DB then put it in servers for one IP address and reopen it.

Oh yeah problem is guys you don't understand owning Habbo isn't just about making everything how you like it then selling it, you have to pay for server maintenance, very very good hosting, advertising, actually paying the people who work for you, and if the offices are rented the office rent, and food, and cleaning, and gardening (if needed), and security, and even seeing if your employee's are doing what they're doing. Seriously what you guys are doing could take ages and money and could put Habbo into bankruptcy, which would make millions of people mad at whoever and the hundreds of fansites forced to close down or make something better.

Oh and another thing if Habbo is using Dedicated/VPS Servers I'd get the backups for all those buy about 25TB worth of actual servers (which would cost around £300k but is a good investment as it makes you have much better control) clear out a hardly used room make a server room and get a technician to put it all in and install the Database. Then and ONLY then I'd reroute the domain names and cancel the dedicated servers,

Was there really any need to be such a killjoy? People aren't totally stupid, it's just a thread for ideas you'd like to see implemented in the hotel.

I'd look into bringing Habbo to portable platforms like iPhone's and stuff as that's possibly where the future lies for games like Habbo.
