Is the small bug where they slowly get slower with age still a problem? It's the one thing that's always worried me. They apparently die faster than a HDD. I'd probably never use a SSD in the near future, I fail to see their purpose for home and in some cases, business use They're for the people in need of SPEED

Yes, but features such as the TRIM command allow you to maintain performance as though they were brand spanking new.

Once you use a computer with a SSD drive you notice the diffrence. When I was setting stuff up on that computer with a SSD drive the speed amazed me and when I got back to my none-SSD computer I realised how much faster a SSD is.
