west ham can't give out pictures outside the ground. hasn't got anything to do with them. they're just trying to show they're doing something and find out who ran on the pitch because that's the main thing they need to worry about.

What exists within hooliganism that's to be proud of? You proud of men throwing rocks at three year old lads and cutting the heads open? You proud of games being ruined by idiots running onto the pitch trying to annoy the opposing teams fans enough so they run onto the pitch in all?

Have you witnessed hooliganism inside the English game? I guess not considering your location. It's not very pleasant and should be left in the 80's.
