Default India move to Number 1 in ICC World Rankings

By beating New Zealand by 6 wickets yesterday, they are now ranked number 1 in ICC World Rankings (ODI)
They deserve it for ODI's considering they have won their last 5 ODI series.
I really hope they stay there.

Haha. But if India lose any of their next two matches (one is today), they will go back down to second .

    England are ranked 6th.

Just for the mods, I am sure he was just letting the English/British users know where they are ranked compared to India.. not starting an argument

Do you think Australia will make it 4 ODI World Cups in a row? I am bloody hoping so, we have 1.5 - 2 years to get out game up to scratch so we should be able to do it

Maybe, but they would need to improve significantly. I think South Africa might win it, but I doubt they will as the luck is always against them in all world cups.

To be honest though, i reckon Tendulkar is your main run scorer and its almost time for him to retire.. He is getting old, 36...

And check out the records, Australia is great everywhere (but the batting)

Well it does a bit, considering India had to win 5 series in a row to move from 3rd to 2nd ... it shows if the team is doing well or not. England is 6th and thats because they are losing most of their matches.
