    Default Ankles really hurting

Right after last Sundays Match, both my ankles really hurt. I couldn't jump nor run. It's like being disabled at running, it feels like you don't know how to cause it's a weird feeling.

The pain is in both ankles/shins

I physically can't run, if I try I put all my weight on the front of the foot with still pain in the ankles and shins.

I'm hoping it's just a injury but cause its EXACTLY the same in both feet i'm worried its a problem.

    Anyone know of this?

My friend had this problem. Is there a lot of pain? Or a just a bit? You may have pulled a tendon or just a muscle, if it's a lot of pain. Go to your doctor and see what he/she say. They will know what's wrong and may send you to A&E.

Not trying to scare you, or you could put that hot stuff on your ankle. I don't remember what it's called. It's like hot rub. Hope it helped!

It's extremely painful, like I said it makes you physically disabled at running. I use deep freeze and deep heat sprays.

I remember once jumping off a high wall and landing on my feet on the concrete floor. My ankes were in so much agony for about two weeks and I could just about walk. I don't know if this could be slightly the same problem as you have, but the pain did go away after a couple of weeks. I was such an idiot for doing that.

I did something similar when I was young, pain lasted for 2-3 days

As for your problem, it can really be anything so go check with the doctor

I'm pretty sure you have flat feet, it is agony sometimes.
