im liking the OP to new challenger. and yes it does suck that its not ongoing bu look at naruto.. look how crap it gets.. where as this just has awesome all the way through and on ep 19 of NC.

The opening for new Challenger is awesome. One of my all time favourites in fact. Oooh, you're nearly at the fight with Hawk. The best fight in the entire series, and one of the best fights in anime. Period. I love how the second half of New Challenger focuses greatly on Takamura. He's awesome. I cried manly tears in episode 23.

Just stay away from everything Ippo related until the fight is over. I ended up spoiling myself and although the fight was ******* awesome it could have been even better if I didn't already know the outcome.

Yep, that's pretty much the definition of a filler ending. Dragged-out, boring and long. The manga is so much better. After the battle of the north...

Only a few Claymores survive, the main ones being Clare, Miria, Helen and Deneve. They desert the organisation and have grown in strength phenomenally after training in secret for eight years. Because of isolated training they are now able to hide their yoki without the use of those pills, so they can travel around undetected.

Isley killed Luciela (the third abyssal awakened being) and Riful declared war on him. Luciela's body is then found by Rafaela, the organisations number 5 who is also Luciela's sister. She tries to revive Luciela by letting some of her yoki flow into Luciela's body, but it fails and they both kind of merge together and go into a coma like state.

Miria later reveals that the Claymores are just tests subjects or prawns for a bigger war that is taking place on the main land, over the sea. The organisation came to being because the side on the losing end of the war needed more power, so they created yoma to use in battle and it kept going from there.

Isley died, got killed by the organisations new immortal awakened being hunters. It was a very sad death and his dying words were that he wanted to be with Priscilla and Raki, whom he had been travelling with until then. He was a changed man and no longer wanted to dominate the country, but just to live in peace.

The immortal awakened being hunters are also currently fighting Riful and Dauf, as is the organisations number 1 and number 2. In the midst of all this Riful awakened the merged Rafaela and Luciela who turned into some kind of super being. The super being infected Beth (the organisations number 2) with some crazy missile and she has now been taken over, which also resulted in Alicia (number 1) being taken over because Beth was the person who controlled her in battle.

Oh and Raki is a badass, he can finally slay yoma. He's travelling around with Priscilla, who has shrunk in size because she hasn't eaten anything in seven years or so. Raki knows shes an awaken being and presumably got her to change her ways along with Isley. No idea what will happen when Clare finds her though. In the latest chapter she saved Raki's life by moving him out of the way of one of the missiles. Looks like hes going to have to fight an awakened being now, but I think Priscilla will intervine.

Damn, doesn't anyone here read Claymore? No one to discuss it with.
