Understandable. I'll admit that I'd be very frustrated if it was the other way around. However, when you acknowledge how long the game had actually stopped throughout the original four minutes of added time it's about right, give or take 10 or so seconds. Say there had been two minutes and united had scored after two minutes and 10 seconds there wouldn't be any controversy or very little. It's more or less the same when you realise how long the game was stopped for.I forgot the game, but a team in the Premier League we're winning 2-0. 2 minutes of extra time was added, and the game ended 2-2. Every second in a game matters and today proved it.
It's not a one minute add on, and usually corners and free kicks don't put too much added time on anyway. Quote me saying 'the referee is a cheat'. I'm mainly angry because we might have squeezed a point out one of the toughest games we would have this season, and to be robbed by a strange extra 86 seconds is quite frustrating Jake...
I'm guessing you both went to the game then. Good atmosphere?
FErgie sign him on, i think that was the best chant![]()
I don't know why City fans are complaining. It was totally fair. If you can do simple maths you can see:
Bellamys goal meant it went from 4 mins of extra time to 5 and a half. Then the sub made it go to 6 mins, which is roughly what it was.
Stop complaining and blaming the ref because you have no reason to whatsoever.
United dominated, and deserved to win. You had 20% possession at the end of the game and played very very poorly in the second half. Bellamy should start more after his preformance today, but when everyones fit he won't which is a shame as it's a waste of a good player.
Funny how City fans try to justify their argument by asking if the United fans went to the game. Oh dear.
