I think I'll probably just get the regular edition for the second Gurren Lagann DVD. I'm not too bothered about the CD. £20 is still way overpriced though. Each set has the same amount of episodes the Claymore DVDs do but the Gurren Lagann DVDs cost over £10 more. They charged me like £20 for Diebuster as well. That's only six episodes and comes in a fairly cheap looking case. It's one of those slim card ones, not a proper DVD case. Plus their subtitles are only satisfactory and there are pretty much no extras. Beez are rip offs.

meh, only had GL from them. Remember to mention the faulty subs when you buy it. suppose that will make up some of the price.

Might just Get Sword of the stranger blu ray from the US. what ever one is cheaper. also looking at paprika and there was another one. oh yea Afro samurai ressurection.

Urgh, Afro Samurai Ressurection is terrible. Probably one of the worst anime sequels ever. Doesn't live up to the first season at all.

Also, a new anime season is upon us. Anyone watching any of the new series? I watched the first episode of The Scared Blacksmith, which I thought was pretty good. It's a little cliche, but enjoyable. I'm currently downloading the first episode of Fairy Tail as well. The manga has been endlessly praised and compared to One Piece so I guess this is going to be pretty popular.

Nah on a forum i was on everyone had it so must be all the discs, plus its worth a try mentioning it. if now i still andrew? i think his name is email. within 2 days had an ost. still havent listened to lol.
edit: Showed vid to my mate and said guy with red hair his response was "Luffy?" and the manga is being released over in us aswell naice...

What guy with red hair? Are you on about Natsu? He has pink hair. I don't think he's that much like Luffy to be honest. He eats a lot but thats about it. Plus how can you make that judgement after only watching the opening? :eusa_doh:

The 1st part when he poses with his arm up ive seen him do but cant recall where.
Obviously the eating the 2 bits of meat which is luffys thing. (all typical shonen people eat lots but naruto has noodles, goku eats lots of stuff but mostly see him with bowls of rice)
At the 0:50 seconds mark hes standing, his face looks like him again.

And the running part. within the 1st few seconds you get the crew running at the top luffys running the same way.

I love FMA, but I am not completely obsessed about it... if I was I'd most likely have a nice FMA signature/avatar like you do.

And still, that is an awesome opening with awesome spoilers. I just like the bit with Ed and the Homunculus at the start really.
