Quite strange. Maybe You can alter the maxvisitors=x variable on beta differently than you could on the old client. I used to have tonnes of rooms with 0/23 0/11 etc. But you could only do values between 10 and 25 for small rooms and 10 and 50 for bigger rooms. Of course years before you could change either value to anything as I think it was simmzy did on Champion. He has rooms named X/X if memory serves and they would show as permanently full. Now that I think back I wonder if those rooms had an actual maximum where the room was 'full'.
Anyway, maybe it's changed with beta and you can set it to anything. That's my two cents if we're assuming that he meant it. He most probably didn't.

Champion did have rooms such as: "SiMmZyOwnZ/25" and "WestSide/25" etc... a lot of other people had similar rooms also...

I had one with "X/25" in the room, I made my room by replacing the "0" with an "X" so I'm not totally sure how Simmzy, W00Tz, Moi, H4660 etc managed to get more than 1-2 characters -shrug- I could take a guess but I'm not sure. :p

BUT this didn't change the amout of people that could FIT in the room even if you changed the second number.

If it is something to do with the name "sonic" that could be very interesting... a long time ago if you had a name with the word "null" in it weird things would start to happen... and also the i:1 Name11 and then i:11 Name1 bug...
