    lol if warranty is a year, I've had my PS3 for about that I think and my 360 for nearly two years....

    From what I've read, the launch consoles have been reported to be dysfunctional, yet, of course, the Sony technical support team are as clueless as a *REMOVED*

    U are joking, right? A week??? My ps3 has been gone for a week an I haven't even gotten the promised SMS/email saying they have received it...

    youre in australia.. and i said seem to be on the ball. most of the people i know that have had it got it back within 2 days of it being picked up. Apart from one person who lives in ireland and it was gone for like 6-8 weeks.i lol'd
