just so you know jake, you can normally search a site by the books ISBN. Just put it in any online store and it will normally find it

Isn't it only +9rep? I remember hearing somewhere that it cuts it in half, and goes for the highest number e.g. 11 halved = 6. Or that's when you -rep someone. Can't remember

when you -rep someone its 1/2 your power, when +rep its your full power
