Mine was terrible the last few days. It was at 1mb/s or just under (.96ish). It's fine now though. Have you asked around your area, to see if they've had problems too?

Restart you're router as previous people have said, also.. check out http://www.mybroadbandspeed.com - I prefer that to speedtest. If the problems persist call you're ISP

I dont think so because my router says that I am getting 384kbs download speed which is about 0.3mbs + ive tryed 3 different computers.

384kBp/s actually = 3Mbp/s.
