I personally like the room because there is more people to fit in. Just learn to live with it I suppose.

It could be an idea if a Super Staff just opened the gate whenever it got busy, or whenever there was 2 or 3 staff members present. Let the staff be the judge of when and when not to open it, whether there is just one staff or five.

It just seems to me slightly depressing that we aren't trusting Habbox members. I know how bad it gets in HxHD, but really - there needs to be some trust. Even if there are staff members hanging out in different areas of the room.

I Prefer smaller rooms, I don't understand why you don't just basically cut out what area your using atm and put it in a smaller room then scrap the rest of it. The only thing its going to do is stop arguments.

David's method of closing it" was just a quick fix which certainly doesn't have to be permanent.

but it defeats the object of the room, its meant to be for winter, and the winter area is closed.

I understand why the room changes but don't you think if you didn't change the layout habbox users wouldn't be able to create arguments. Fair enough if you want a Christmas vibe off the room, however that can easily be done by adding / removing different pieces of furni at different seasons.


I rlly don't understand why it changes its whole design it just gives ppl an excuse the cause problems

Im not reading this whole thread, I'll summarise

The gate was closed as of the reason david said, yes we should be able to trust habbox users but we cant (well some of them anyway).

We're trying to fix the problem of the snowy area and staff, so hopefully it should get resolved

I still don't see why you can't allow it open even if hx staff can't see, the staff can move if needbe and even if they can't see at the moment like most of the time theres not a member in their with rights which is when alot of us are rude anyways, and other time we can use whisper as i've never received a warning or kick for being rude to someone via whisper as they can't be bothered sending it to yourself or dave.. so it makes no change if you can or can't moderate it :S
