It's only proper grammar if you use it in a proper sentence lol (, = and) so I wouldn't use a , after seriously in your sentence lols

Hosko's grammar is fine. Commas are used for apposition, co-ordinating conjunctions, parenthesis, elision, listing, and of course, emphasis/clarity.
