First time I've seen it and I think it's a very nice room. Closing off the events area is fair enough when it's not in use, but then again, doing so just makes the size of the room unnecessary. This could be done in a seperate room for use as required. However as it's only for the Christmas period, I think it brings a pleasant change and is great as it is.

I'm starting to sound like a broken record now.

The gate area doesn't stay closed all the time, visitors can go in the winter area, when super staff are there to open the gate.
