Default Recommend me a TV! :D

    Heyaaaaa!

    Cutting to the chase:

I want a TV for my room and well, I just don't know where to start.
I don't need a huge huge one, but a decent size would be nice with a decent price tag.

    Rep is for the takings!

    Cheers!

Walk into tesco, gaze at the TVs and see which has the best picture in your price range, give money to nice man at counter and leave with TV

Seriously, you need to see the pictures for yourself!

    I wouldn't buy smaller than a 26".

The best thing to do would be to go somewhere with a load of TVs on display. Find one you think has a nice picture and then find the cheapest place to buy it.

This is all very good but you should always change the colour scheme to film mode so you can see the contrast abilities, they tend to tune the TVs which they want to sell to have better contrast and colour performance e.t.c.
