If Rosie has been ill for so many months now then surely she has failed her Uni course. In my course if you miss a 3rd of your classes then it's an automatical fail whether you are ill or not (except in the event of being in hospital)
If a manager has been gone for a long period of time then either a stand in needs to be drafted in (if it is known that the manager will be coming back) or the title should be given to someone else.
This happens in real life and people should know that Uni is no easy task ESPECIALLY if you are doing law which is practically an essay every week.
No disrespect against Rosie but I think her job would be in much greater hands of someone who is here and can do it

It's being hard on the people who for some bizarre reason love giving out titles to people who clearly should not have them.
