Everyone seem's to hate on o2's customer service, it baffles me why as in the years ive been with o2 ive only called them up around 5 times and each of those times I was greeted by a friendly british call center worker. ...

Yeah exactly, they've always been great! They are also the only company who have ever phoned me to offer me something cheaper without me asking.
