They don't, just HFFM is a better place as its more relaxed on rules

I don't think HxL should advertise HxHD as that means the ******ed members and those who are like 12 years old spamming 'OMG I LOVE YOU <insert dj name here>

Unfortunately HxHD gets people spamming 24/7 and trying to cause non stop arguments, so its a little hard to be relaxed on the rules. We want it to be a friendly environment. If we were too relaxed on the rules, people will argue that we don't do anything about the rule breakers.

if someone comes into hxhd and starts being rude, gets kicked and told off etc theres more chance they'll "e-rebel" to annoy the staff instead of just getting past it..

If people broke the rules habbo mods would take action if its that bad.

But if someone comes in HxHD and goes "I hate Bob", Bob will most likely start arguing. Then it will end up being one big argument and then it pushes people away from HxHD.

as their room is just a lounge they dont really need staff, as we are still a help desk we need staff to not only help people who need it but to enforce the rules to people who may not know them.

I think people also forget that most departments require staff to done 'something' about 1>3 times a week and alot of the times it is in time slots so people know exactly when they are going to be doing what ever they are doing. HxHD has people in and out all of the time, obviously there is times when there isnt active or any staff in there but there is ALOT of dedication, I would say more so from HxHD staff than many other departments because of that.

We're always trying to make the HxHD department better, as honestly its not perfect. However you cant expect a change to be done overnight, it all takes time. We always take in peoples opinions and if we agree we act on it. If you come in here saying oh HxHD get yourself sorted out I dont value it as you're offering no suggestions or backing your statement up. If you dont have some contructive critism then there's no point just agreeing

Every week? Not really. That's just exaggeration and making the situation look bad. When are HxHD going to sort out their staff? Erm what is there to sort out? The room is perfectly fine and can you see the HxHD staff forum? NO. So please don't make statements such as this when you have no idea what you are on about.
Also please state what there is to sort out with the staff, the room and the rules? Its better to actually say it then just go YOU NEED TO SORT IT OUT. We cant really sort it out if we don't know what you think we need to sort out "/. There are other departments which do get complaints, believe me, its just not in public. How do you know the HxHD management dont value the members opinion?

I think you are just moaning to try and cause arguments. Can you see what is posted in the HxHD Staff Forums? NO. I can start moaning about the Radio Department and how crap it is but I wont. There are some DJs who are so annoying and suck up's on the radio when they get a popular Habbo in their room. OMG OMG XXX IS IN THE ROOM. EVERYONE SAY I LOVE XXX. I AM GNA SCREENIE EVERYONE SAYING I LOVE XXX. OMG XXX IS HERE, EVERYONE COME DOWN. YAY XXX IS HERE. AWW XXX IS BEING MEAN BY NOT TALKING. XXX TALK TO US. - That happened about 2 days ago and it was so irritating. This was followed by OMG THERE IS NO DJ AFTER ME. OMG OMG OMG. LEMME GO FIND A DJ. OMG OMG OMG. - Listening to that was just "/. I could have easily complained about this in public and said DJs shouldn't do this and that, but I didn't and just informed a member of the Radio Staff.

HxHD is popular and has a lot of members many times. Maybe HFFM get their DJ's to come (if they have a radio dept which I am sure they do) to their Lounge to get it popular. Do you not think that you as a DJ should maybe try and help other departments, such as advertising the HxHD sometimes to get it popular? Its easy to moan about something, but you are staff in a department which has influence on Habbos and you should use it to help other departments.

That is precisely what I mean by "HxHD needs to sort out their staff" Most of the staff are great...

But then there are people like Saurav whose way of solving problems is getting angry at people, if a dj is saying "Come down here" thats obviously going to make more visitors go to HxHD won't it?
