Personally I think the desk is fine, the staff are more active than they ever have been. However buddy I'm a little confused about your post.

I have seen a few staff blatently IGNORE people needing help, and they are literally talking to someone about something not related to the Help Desk. I have also had Ben state that if that's the case then the members of the public should be helping.
The bad points would be the feedback if I was to say 'HxHD are to strict with the rules' would I really also need to say ' to be better they need to be less strict'. You can't always expect people to give you good feedback aswell as bad I'm afraid.
When I was HxHD Manager these threads were happening because of the nature of what HxHD is it will always have threads complaining. Unlike other departments HxHD is open to the Habbo public 24/7 I guess you could say the same for HxL but once the radio has stopped broadcasting it is effectivly closed.
I’ll be a story in your head, but that’s okay, because we’re all stories in the end. Just make it a good one, eh? Because it was, you know. It was the best. A daft old man who stole a magic box and ran away. Did I ever tell you that I stole it? Well, I borrowed it. I always meant to take it back. Oh, that box, Amy, you’ll dream about that box. It’ll never leave you. Big and little at the same time. Brand-new and ancient and the bluest blue ever. And the times we had, eh? Would had…Never had. In your dreams, they’ll still be there. The Doctor and Amy Pond and the days that never came.
When I'm in HxHD, on the rare occasion i see anybody helping someone I give them "respect" or whatever it is.
Tbh when I was HxHD Manager we didnt have half the rules in HxHD now and I think the same goes for Dan above.
Im good friends with a couple of members of staff and I really feel that a member of staffs main job is moderating the desk, wth though?
I think HxHD needs to refind it's priorities.

You've hit the nail on the head right here. It's all well and good implementing new systems to sort out rowdy guests, but I applied to be a staff a year ago for the simple reason: I know a lot about Habbo.
Moderating the room should be second priority, but it seems right now that it's (sadly) the first.
Ditto. That's exactly why I brought it up. People much rather would say "blah blah please don't be rude" rather than someone who genuinely needs help. I know troublemakers should abide by the rules, however personally, I think people who do need help should be answered before warning people. They know they are in the wrong anyway, so they wouldn't be surprised with a kick. You've hit the nail on the head right here. We used to be way more strict back then. Users couldn't even swear in the roomWhen I'm in HxHD, on the rare occasion i see anybody helping someone I give them "respect" or whatever it is.
