I'm pretty sure this girl isn't like that kid who racked up a big phone bill behind his mother's back by buying Credits. If I was as rich as people say she is in real life, I'd probably do the same as long as I only spent up to the limit where I wouldn't care if I lost it (obviously that depends how much money I had or what my income was. If you're a millionaire, 19k would probably be under that limit).
