Default Computer keeps crashing on startup?

    Hey,

When I turn my computer on and get this load up screen:

It crashes and the bar just stays there. I dont get the blue screen and I get no noises. I have to repeatedly turn it on/off till it finally works. I had to turn it off about 15 times today untill it finally worked. I want to sort it because its pissing me off.

Can anyone help me? Thank you!

All it does is just replace the picture with text. Won't stop the crashing.

I had this problem on an extremely old PC. Several reformats didn't help, so it went in the bin

I installed AVG and it recognised some viruses. It doesn't crash now However it says productinfo.dll has been deleted on several occasions.

My old computer used to crash ALL THE TIME, I had to re-install like once a month.. it was because the tower was on the carpet and the static was doing something to the computer. I had NO problems with the computer it worked for a good 3 years after I put it on the desk...
I'm at a point in my life where I don't care if you like me or you don't. If you like me, cool. If you don't, meh.

Sounds like a loose connection that got put back when you moved it again, any static from the carpet would be sent back to ground..
