probably will be like last time when their radio and site crashed and it was a fail

I think Jin is really busy, but he's the one with the Sulake contact email atm. Patience And they only reply on the first of the month (at least that's their official position and the one they apply to us) so the earliest we will get them on the site is January, unless that too has changed
