I'd disagree with doing anything until after puberty, primarily for the fact they probably get totally ****** up when only half there hormones start shooting off with nothing to counterbalance them along with a ton of physical changes which will probably involve another load of surgery assuming it doesn't kill them, but additionally prior to puberty your gender identity is almost entirely socialised, so any real affinity towards a sex has no physical basis at the sort of age..

Additionally, i don't really see it as worth wile use of NHS funds, i'd rather it focus's on saving lifes rather than performing what is essentially just plastic surgery. If they wana pay for it themselves, thats up to them, but plastic surgery without a medical need isnt a worthwhile expenditure for an organisation struggling to fund its basic services.

I'm echoing what others have said: if he wants it he should pay for it, not use the NHS. They say he's depressed or whatever, suffering, but so are people with no money yet they're not being handed loads of cash...

Nothing should be allowed until they are responsible enough, 16 atleast.

And on the NHS? Never should it be allowed. Things like breast enlargement etc is a joke unless it's privately paid.

I guess there's more than one side of this debate.

Firstly if it's wrong or not. I'm thinking your chromosones can tell you this.

Secondly no, it should never ever be on the NHS, it isn't life-threatening and could easily be dealt with.

He should be allowed to have one done ONCE he reaches a certain age. I think he's too young right now to understand everything.

I think it's fair enough to get it on the NHS but only where he is a lot older. I mean someone like that can get really, really down about things like that and I think it's only fair that the NHS do something to help them. If I was in that situation and I could not afford private healthcare then I would hope the NHS would make the right decision in regard to helping me - providing proper evaluation deems it a necessary action to take. I do agree that he is far too young, though.

That's the second time I've seen you mention those names, so I Google image searched them. Disgusting.

Why are they disgusting? I am inclined to disagree.

For a straight male, Google image searching Brent Corrigan is not a pleasant experience.
