A decent skin, can't use a forum without it, even if it has a great community, i won't stick around if it's uncomfortable. COmmunity is the enxt thing i look at.

vulletin or other forums software. VB usually means that the staff is dedicated to spend that much on it. Um the theme on the site plays a big affect, must be eye catching. Active community

We are still trying to make the forum unique in a way, but our main target is the community and I already thought of some great ways to bring them in.
