    A forum needs to be unique as well, as mentioned by others.

    the community. A forums there to talk to people on. If there are no interesting people and no interesting conversations, theres no reason to join

    The rest are just extras on top of that.

    Hello,

    I know a forum isn't really appealing without a active community, so how would you recommend a new forum to go about building the community.

    I'd say active discussion, relaxed attitude and a nice clean skin, light not dark
